Description
The British Kodály Academy is a registered charity working for the improvement of music education in the UK, and has been running training courses since 1983. The BKA currently runs an annual programme of courses and activities for people wanting to develop their own musical skills, or to teach music to others, using principles advocated by Zoltán Kodály. The BKA is the Affiliated National Institutional Member of the International Kodály Society and has a distinguished group of patrons from the world of music and music education. The BKA is run by an Executive Committee of Trustees.
