The Foundation year in Psychology takes a modular format. The modules’ aims are to give a foundation of psychological knowledge and also the IT and study skills that you will require to be successful at degree level. The units cover the Foundation of Psychology, Social and Applied Psychology, Experimental Design and Research Methods.
Students will also study Information Technology and Study Skills which includes word processing, databases and spread sheets. Furthermore, you will develop the study skills necessary for a degree level course.
