The course runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and includes all day refreshments with lunch. You will also receive a certificate of completion following the course and a full course manual.

Typically this course will run with up to 6 delegates. We can also offer this course as onsite course at your premises or you may use our Bracknell or Solihull training premises for running closed courses. Our closed courses are £500 for up to 3 delegates with £100 for additional delegates thereafter.
