Building Your Corporate Social Responsibility

Eskil gave a thought-provoking presentation at our Compliance Conference. Not only was it excellent, but it was almost as if it was not a presentation but a real conversation. It left me enthusiastic about the discussions that they instigated.

Now, more than ever, we expect the private sector to be ‘corporate with a conscience’ whilst pushing hard for the public sector to be more commercially aware. This output-driven program focuses on developing future-proof private and public sector organizations by balancing market growth, revenue, profit with the principles of strong community and ecology. This experience is designed to develop commercial and social awareness defined against the Triple Bottom Line as you work on your own implementation plan.

About this course
This is a very ‘hands-on’ program and you will be able to develop your own CSR commitment and implementation plan that balances (local and international) community engagement as well as all ecological considerations with revenue and profitability.
This workshop is ideal for Private sector organisations seeking to develop their corporate social responsibilities; Public sector organisations and NGOs interested in developing their commercial agenda without compromising their public service values; CEOs / Managing Directors seeking to understand the strategic and operational impact of CSR; Senior Corporate Affairs stakeholders.
Bring along details of your current CSR commitment (if it exists) as well as your corporate vision and values.
An output of this short course is your own CSR Commitment and Implementation Plan plus a 1:1 feedback session with one of our leadership experts. The feedback not only gives guidance on your CSR pathway but can be attached to your HR Record as a demonstration of competence.
This workshop is focused on working with the UN Global Compact, the Quadruple Bottom Line, and the implementation of your CSR Commitment (including stakeholder mapping).
