This apprenticeship could see you working in a busy office, helping a business to function efficiently. So if you are organised, motivated and can think on your feet then this apprenticeship could be for you. All businesses need good administrators to help the business to run smoothly and your work will include typing, answering telephone queries and organising filing systems. Many administrators progress to management jobs as they learn the business from the bottom up and if you are working for a large organisation you could be responsible for supervising a team of people in one department like human resources or in a small business you could work across all areas. You can also choose to specialise in medical or legal administration on this apprenticeship.
