These higher level programmes develop management, leadership and employability skills, which are all essential for the workplace. Higher level apprentices will work in roles such as office managers, administration team leaders, personal assistants or business development executives. It is expected that they will have significant experience of working in a business environment to ensure they have the foundations on which to further build their knowledge and skills.
Apprenticeships are made up of framework of qualifications and training based on testing competency and developing practical, occupational and transferable skills.

Course programme
On completion of this course you may be able to progress onto a management qualification. Career opportunities include job roles such as office managers, administration team leaders, personal assistants or business development executives.
Ideally candidates should have 3 GCSEs grade C or above and be in a relevant job role, have a contract of employment and work a minimum of 30 hours a week. Candidates must already have completed a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration to progress onto the Level 4.
We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.
These qualifications are delivered mostly in the workplace with College release required to develop the knowledge-based elements of the framework and functional skills. There are 12 half-day College sessions throughout the duration of the course. You will be assessed in the workplace using a variety of methods including observation, questioning, professional discussions, witness testimonials and candidate work products and statements.
