Course programme

Course Description

Crown Interactive is an IIBA® Endorsed Education Provider (EEP), and our Business Analysis Workshop has been approved by the IIBA as being consistent with the BABOK version 1.6.

The course provides individuals such as junior or trainee business analysts with little or no experience with the necessary skills they need to become effective business analysts. The course equips delegates with the necessary skills they will need to hit the ground running and easily integrate into a project team. The course is also beneficial to experienced Business Analysts interested in consolidating and formalising their training.

Delegates will learn how to use a structured, disciplined approach to understanding business systems, eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating business system requirements. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying the need for information systems within the business, and ensuring that the resulting, engineered systems provide benefit to the business in meeting defined goals and objectives.

Our instructors are experienced Business Analysts with extensive hands-on experience in the industry. They, therefore, have a wealth of real-life project examples as well as the ability to confidently answer questions that might relate to projects or scenarios outside the scope of the course.
