These courses are specifically deisgn ed to supply practical 'fit for purpose' business and managment topics in a bite-size format to assist Junior Managers or Supervisors improve their skills and knowledge.
About the Course
The courses are short, very flexible modules of around 4-10 hours duration which provide an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities for Supervisors or Managers.
The cover a full range of management topics from Problem Solving through to Recruitment - the range is vast.
We can provide a bespoke package from one topic through to several. Each topic is priced according to its duration from around £75 to £125.
Course Aims
The main purpose of these modules is to improve performance and knowledge, which for many participants is an end in itself. However, completion of the modules can be stepping-stone to further qualifications at some future point. The modules can be certificated by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and can provide credit against the full ILM Level 3 Certificate, or be designed to provide specific knowledge and skills for people working towards the NVQ in Managment Level 3.
