It is important for an organization to take ethics seriously and to set a framework which boosts the practices of ethics in business environment as it is effective to build a good reputation of an organization.
Business ethics includes a broad range of disciplines, such as law, management, public policy and to some extent, the study of psychology and philosophy. This unit aims to define business ethics and leadership essential along with the benefits of code of ethics; it also describes Minnesota principles, Asimov’s three laws of robotics and different steps in the learning process including a look at building a strong customer care team and training employees for success.
On the completion of this unit learners will be equipped to understand the customer service, the critical elements of customer service and how to develop and maintain the relationships with customers
