Business & ICT (Information & Communication Technology) Level – 1

This course has been developed to provide learners with an introduction to the skills, knowledge and understanding required to prepare for work in the business and ICT sector. They have also been designed to help learners develop their personal skills in areas such as team working, career planning, communication and problem solving. The learners carry out a range of tasks that have been designed to recognise their achievements in a modern, practical way that is relevant to the workplace.
