Business Improvement Techniques Level 2

This is a 42 hour programme on site the a company working in a team. The course is very practical with short teachpoints and application in the 3 chosen project areas.

The learner will define, measure, analyse, improve and add controls for their projects. The learner will become equipped in the understanding of lean tools and techniques.

The tool box includes, process mapping, the 8 wastes, principles of lean, housekeeping, lean metrics and standard operating procedures.
