What you need to know
How will I study?

The core units of this qualification aim to develop all learners and give the underpinning knowledge in business. Core unit and mandatory units Unit 1: Enterprise in the Business World Unit 2: Finance for Business Unit 18: Small Business Planning Unit 3: Promoting a brand Unit 9: Principals of Marketing Unit 19: Introducing Project Management Optional Specialist units will also be studied during the year.
How will I be taught?

Practical, enjoyable lessons using the most up to date and relevant teaching materials. You will be encouraged to maximise self-study opportunities using online resources.
How will I be assessed?

The assessment is a mixture of internally and externally assessed units. Two of the core units will be externally assessed using an onscreen test lasting 1.5 hours.
