What I would highlight: I have really enjoyed the training. The consultants were well prepared and there was a lot of interactivity on the course. The customer service team was also fantastic, ready to help out at any time. What differentiates LCT from other providers is that there is a spirit of belonging where delegates feel at home and part of a family.

What I would highlight: Overall enjoyed the course on Business Process Management. Geoff is a good/great trainer and with vast knowledge on the course I am sure I will apply the knowledge and skills learnt. The one on one interaction was excellent even though I'd have loved to have other colleagues . Possibly from different jurisdictions. Information on the course, pre and post arrival all well received and appreciate the gift. Thanks a million! Look forward to coming back to LCT.
