Course Content
A2 Unit 3 Strategies for Success
This unit includes work from the AS syllabus, but in addition communication, employer/employee relations, human resource management, controlling of productive operations, efficiency and industrial location. The unit studies market analysis, strategy and planning. The finance section includes company accounting, ratio analysis and investment decision making.

A2 Unit 4 The Business Environment & Managing Change

This unit comprises external business influences which affect decision making and the ability of organisations to meet their objectives. Management of change, planning for change & corporate strategies, aims & objectives are studied.
