Course structure This degree enables students who have previously completed a foundation degree, an HND or two years of higher education in business or management to 'top up' to an honours degree. You will develop your knowledge of the broad areas of business and management with a particular focus on human resource management. This degree teaches you how to develop and manage businesses and individuals, taking into account emerging issues such as sustainability, financial crisis and technological innovation. You will be equipped with the skills to deal with uncertainty and complexity and to make decisions based on quantifiable information. As part of your studies, you will have the opportunity to work with business professionals and/or local communities on live projects in order to gain valuable practical experience.
