Course programme

The course will cover:- Scrolls Run-outs Pressure piping Lettering Writing in royal icing Sugar paste Winter term: In addition to the above, students will also make Christmas roses, holly and ivy. Spring term: In addition to the above, students will be working on Easter cakes, or any other special cakes. Summer term: In addition to the above, students will also be using figure piping and drop line work. You can brush up on any of your icing skills or decorate a special cake. A college certificate will be awarded on request.Students will learn by practical application and demonstrations by the tutor.
