What will you be learning?
This course is a a first stepping stone towards a career in working with wood. You will be learning and practising a range of skills in wood occupations.

During the course you will develop skills which will prepare you for entering employment in a construction or a furniture related craft.

There will be practical assessments and a knowledge test.

What happens when you have finished?
After you have successfully completed this course you can go on to study a relevant Diploma Level 2,, an Apprenticeship or enter employment within a furniture craft area.
