Catherine's Cookery School was set up to teach the dying skills of baking.
Nowadays its all about the convenience of shopping for ready made food goods,
like bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits.
I want to share with everybody that making these food staples from scratch doesn't have to be arduous, and once you try the home baked ones, you wont want to go back to the supermarket products again.
All the classes are fully hands on, and involves doing it all from scratch to learn the skills involved in the entire baking process.
My aim is to equip you with the baking skills to be able to continue to bake at home to share with your family and friends. One of the key things learnt from these courses is how to incorporate home baking within a busy household with limited time. If you have a couple of hours spare once a week then you can have freshly baked bread all week long.
