This course will teach you bread dough making, proving, and shaping.This is a hands on class, where you will learn to master the skills to make a selection of breads. Using a standard home oven, this course will give you tips to achieve a similar result to that of a typical french boulangerie. You will make a French Baguette, Fougasse, and a focaccia, and learn how to make a ferment to enhance the taste of the bread.
