Teen Baking Course

Love baking? Or want to learn?

Come along to our popular teen baking class and bake bread, make a chocolate fondant, and bake some delicious loaf cakes. Take home whatever you make then share it with your family. The aim is to have fun, whilst learning the art of baking with a fully hands on approach. All ingredients, equipment, aprons supplied. Just turn up and start baking.The course is open to every ability aged 11-16.

On this 6 week course you will make:

Bread Rolls, Plaits, Loaf
Chocolate fondant
Swiss Roll and a Chocolate Ice Cream Bombe
Sausage Rolls

Each participant will take home their freshly made goods. During this hands on class, there will be light refreshments available. This course is open to students age 11-16 years only.
