CERTIFICATE IN BARBERING (QCF) LEVEL 2Level 2 Part Time

This qualification will  develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to enable you to advise and consult with men on the type of hair cut and facial hair shaping the way they want but just as importantly what is suitable for them. You will also learn how to work in a safe manner throughout the service protecting both yourself and your clients.

The programme incorporates demonstration and student participation in a realistic working environment. Within the programme, students receive full support in their skill development and acquisition of competence. Students will be assess through practical observation of skills and questioning. Assessments will be carried out on paying clientele.

Whilst this qualification’s primary purpose is to prepare learners for employment as a junior barber, learners may choose to further develop their knowledge and skills by undertaking a Technical Level qualification in barbering at Level 3.
