This course teaches students how to identify the most common health risks on construction sites, the processes that generate them, and how to control them to a standard to prevent and reduce occupational ill health.
According to HSE, a construction worker is currently 100 times more likely to die from an occupational disease than an accident at work. BOHS’ Breathe Freely campaign has been instrumental in raising awareness of the health issues in the construction industry, and the demand for CCHRC is a direct result of this.
