This course is intended for students following Level 3 Visual Arts courses. This course will help students to develop the observational drawing skills required for admission to Art Foundation courses (and any visual H.E. course). It is highly suitable for students following Vocational Art courses and those studying all Advanced Art programmes. Students will work from several different life models during the course. The course covers an introduction to anatomy; structured drawing exercises from the figure; exploration and experimentation with a variety of materials and techniques including use of clay.
