Certificate in Management Studies (CMS) Entry Requirements The CMS is a one-year professional development programme, which is undertaken principally by fi rst-line managers and middle managers, or those aspiring to such positions. Course participants may be drawn from a variety of occupations and circumstances:
· Experienced staff who have progressed through the supervisory ranks
· Recent entrants to an organisation in the early stages of their careers
· People returning to employment after a career break
· Specialists who have a signifi cant managerial component to their job.
Entry is subject to a successful interview.
