Certificate of Competence in the Transport of Animals by Road (Short Journeys)

This new qualification is a requirement of the Animal Welfare: Implementation of EU Welfare in Transport Regulation (EC)No1/2005.
If you transport animals over 65km and under 8 hours for a commercial purpose you must have a certificate of competence.

It is a NPTC/City and Guilds computer based multiple choice test paper and candidates must achieve an 80% pass to gain the qualification.
