- Individual coaching over 6 weeks by one of our Certified Coaches (to ensure that you fully understand what learning your own clients will go through and to set you on your own journey)
- Mentoring you over 3 months to help embed and develop your coaching techniques in a way that best fits your style and direction
- Your hours on the course will go towards your ICF accreditation
Duration
The training programme spans over a period of approximately six months, with the first stage being the experiential workshop development held over 5 or 6 days within a 2 month period. To qualify as a certified coach, you need to attend all modules. You are then assigned a coach who will work with you for 6 further weeks to develop a more complete understanding of being a coach, and to set you on your own journey of success.
Once you have completed the 6 weeks of individual coaching, and you have gained your first client, you will be mentored over a period of 3 months. The subject of mentoring is determined by each trainee according to their exact requirements. It may be to set up practice, to continue developing at an accelerated pace, to find a niche that is appropriate for them and their experience, whatever the format, you have control.
