This course places the role of the GRC professional
in an array of overlapping contexts in order to
help students attain a deep, immersive analysis
of the field, the work and its discrete functions.
From surveying the broader global regulatory
frameworks that underpin compliance to exploring
the responsibilities and powers that devolve onto
the Securities Commission Malaysia, we proceed to
