Course programme

Module description

The ability to initiate and manage change effectively and positively is an important skill for any health and social care professional working either as a manager, on their own or in a team.

In additional to introducing selected models and theories underpinning successful change management, this module also enables you to evaluate your own and others’ attitudes to change and identify strategies to increase the success of implementing sustained change. The application of principles to a specific project or change will provide a tangible exemplar for the development of change management skills.
