Cherith Simmons Management was founded in 1989 and has grown steadily servicing a wide variety of public sector organisations and a range of blue chip private companies. It operates as a partnership, owned by Cherith Simmons, Peter Waddell and Stephen Barrance.
The organisation has a central core of principal associate consultants. A wider circle of associates cover most areas of the country. In addition, we employ experts in specialised subject areas. All consultants’ work is subject to strict quality control and periodic assessment. We employ a graduate level administrative team.
The style of the organisations training events is highly participative and all courses and programmes are tailored to client’s requirements, incorporating terms, processes and case studies from the participant’s workplace environment.
Measurement of the effectiveness of training is a major part of our philosophy and all programmes have assessment mechanisms built in.
The organisation has been in the forefront in designing courses and programmes which provide for the continuous development of its participants. They also gain multiple external accreditation giving our clients a “value - add” to training programmes at minimal additional cost.
