Course Description
This course provides a broad understanding of the issues and practice of Health/Child/Social Care. It is aimed at students who wish to pursue a career in the caring professions.

Preferred Entry Requirements
No formal entry requirements however qualifications in English and/or Science would be useful. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate some interest in, or experience of, working in a caring environment. Entry by informal interview.

Communication; Psychology for Care; Mental Health Issues; Child Protection; Living Cells; Human Body; IT; First Aid.

HNC/Degrees in Health/Social/Child Care. Employment in public or private sector.
