CIEH Food Safety Level 2 in Catering

Level Two Award

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering sector and has replaced the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene. It is aimed at those in the workplace who participate in activities related to the subject area. Examples are shop floor employees, front line staff and employees in food production.
