CIEH Level 1 Food Safety

This is a part-day course of 4 hours duration

This course is an ideal solution to staff induction training and it is also suitable for employees with only basic education, for whom english is a second language.

The four key areas covered by this course are;

• Food safety
• Personal hygiene
• Cleaning
• Contamination

On completion the student should be able to;

• Understand how to keep themselves clean and hygienic
• Understand how to keep their work area clean
• Understand the role they play in reducing contamination
