About the course
This CIEH level 2 course is a recognised qualification in the catering industry, to help food handlers to work with food safely in their daily tasks.
How long does it take?
There are six hours of teaching, then a multiple-choice test. Courses are usually conducted over one day, but can be split over two mornings/afternoons if required. Pass mark - 20/30 correct answers.
Any other information?
Our courses are conducted in English, but a range of foreign language papers is available for candidates who would find it easier.
