To achieve the Diploma learners must attain a minimum of 37 credits - by undertaking the mandatory units and then selecting from the wide selection of optional units. Confirms competence at Level 2 and allows for progression to Level 3 qualifications in Hospitality and Customer Service or Management. Progression to Level 3 qualifications including management roles is possible. Suitable for: Suitable for all - this Level 2 qualification is suitable for those working in hospitality roles such as bar people/managers, conference & banqueting assistants/managers or waiters/waitresses , who need to develop or consolidate their skills. This qualification is part of the Apprentice framework at Intermediate Level. Suitable for all, however possession of a Level 1 may be useful.
