Program

Food safety law requires businesses to train staff, effectively control hazards and develop documented food safety management systems. Anyone working in a supervisory position in the food business is not only responsible but also accountable for food safety. In order to maintain the right practices all managers and supervisors need to be trained and are recommended to keep their knowledge up-to-date with a refresher course every three years.
