There are no entry qualifications for this course, although you would need to have product knowledge in the subject you are planning to train in, therefore you may wish to consider the CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering or Manufacturing or the CIEH Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.
