Course programme

Your capability will be enhanced through the application and knowledge of HR practice techniques, principles, theories and models.
Potential candidates should apply on the relevant Application Form. A short telephone interview will follow to ensure suitability of course. A written offer of a course place may then follow.
Assessment will be a combination of assignments, class activities, group work and presentations.
The progression would be to the C.I.P.D. Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management at HLC or the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
