This short course will give you an overview of the major areas of employment law, focusing in particular on how HR activities are regulated and how this legislation is applied in practice.
You'll learn how to manage recruitment, change, performance, disciplinary processes, reward and working time lawfully, and you'll be able to understand and evaluate emerging developments in employment law in both local and international jurisdictions.

About this course
o study this CIPD Intermediate Level 5 course, you should generally have at least one of the following:
Some HR experience in an entry-level HR role
Managerial experience that involved elements of HR
A degree and a desire to begin studying HR at a higher level than Foundation Level 3
On completion of this course, you'll achieve a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Award in Human Resources, and your certificate from CIPD will reflect this.
