Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 Skills Update

Aims and Objectives
This course is intended to update past Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server skills.

Target Audiences
This course is intended for IT professionals such as server network and system administrators familiar with Microsoft® Windows® environments. Systems engineers, analysts, consultants and architects are also appropriate candidates for this course.

Prerequisites
Candidates for this course must be able to demonstrate experience of Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server. A course attendance certificate for one of the CTX-122x series of courses is a pre-requisite for booking this course. It is recommended that learners have experience administering Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environments.

Course Content
Module 1: Install Citrix® MetaFrame Access Suite License Server.
Module 2: Install Citrix® MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 in a variety of network environments
Module 3: Identify the features and functions of the Management Console for MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
Module 4: Deploy applications using the Installation Manager function of Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
Module 5: Deploy Published Applications to the web securely using both web interface and secure gateway for MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
Module 6: Manage and Monitor Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 Server Farms by utilizing the resource management components of Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
