Course programme
This qualification is for you if you are involved with identifying and agreeing learning aims and programmes and developing training sessions for learners. You may be delivering training and development in the workplace or in training establishments. To achieve the diploma you must gain 12 credits from the two mandatory units, 33 credits can come from optional units 003-011, 013-017, 019, 022-031. To achieve a management endorsement the learner must achieve a minimum of 18 credits from units 023-031.
