Coming in a number of shapes and varieties, Pasta has been a staple in Italian cuisine for hundreds of years. Learn the basic skills and unravel the mysteries of making this authentic Italian dish.
Throughout the 6 week course you will be mastering the art of making fresh, filled and stuffed pasta and just to complete the experience you will make classic Italian sauces to accompany your freshly prepared dish…eat immediately or take home!
There will also be weeks dedicated to the delights of making fresh Gnocchi, Risotto, Arancini and other authentic Italian dishes.
