Our aim is to provide the client with Assessors who can review client handling situations, highlight deficiencies and advise the appropriate corrective action required.
Since there is an examination at the end of this course, which candidates will have to pass to receive certification, clients should ensure that only suitably experienced and responsible candidates attend.
For optimum benefit, we would recommend this course be provided over a two week period i.e. 2 consecutive days each week, for two weeks.
All our courses can be provided at the client's premises if there is a sufficient number of attendees. For client's with under 12 candidates, this course is provided every six months at our Training Centres.
