During this five-day course you'll be introduced to the basic clinical science relevant to eating disorders in the child, adolescent and adult age groups.
The aim is to help you prepare for a career in the eating disorders field.
You'll gain a certificate of attendance at the end of the course provided you've attended 80% of it.

Course programme

Our lecturers come from eating disorders and medical/paediatric backgrounds. Among them are some of the world’s leading authorities in their subjects.

This course provides a unique opportunity for you to network with fellow healthcare professionals working with patients with eating disorders in what can be a very stressful and sensitive setting.

All the skills acquired on this course will be directly transferable to your everyday workplace. The aim is that this course will enable you to deliver a better standard of care for your patients.

Course structure and teaching :-

The course will be taught over five consecutive Wednesdays from 9am until 6pm.

Teaching is delivered using lectures, small group tutorials and case-discussions.

We also use blended learning which comprises online and face-to-face teaching.
