Course aims
To encourage participants to review their current clinical supervision arrangements and make changes as required. To provide participants with a range of models for structuring individual and group supervision.
To provide participants with an opportunity to engage in the supervisee, supervisor and observer role during the course, to develop their self-awareness, confi dence and competence in these roles.
