Course overview The level 7 programme builds upon the past operational knowledge and experience of managers by focusing on the more strategic issues of management within an organisation. The programme is intended for the middle to senior manager who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role, by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to deliver those outcomes. DELIVERY INFORMATION: One taught session per month on a Thursday 2pm until 9pm Due to the nature of the modules taken, flexible start dates are available throughout the year. Entry requirements The programme is intended for the middle to senior manager who has the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role, by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to deliver those outcomes. It is expected that you will hold a qualification at an appropriate level. However, we are able to take into account your level of experience in lieu of formal qualifications and this is normally established at interview.
