Each highly interactive and engaging bespoke in-company leadership for team leaders training programme is designed and delivered to your content, level and duration needs.

This is a custom-designed workshop that aims to develop the knowledge and skills of the team leaders in your organisation. The programme can cover a range of topic areas, some of which could be planning and organising, communication skills and motivation.

To ensure the programme completely fits the needs of your organisation, a Righttrack trainer will either visit / call (depending on you preference) to launch an initial investigation to help familiarise themselves with your expectations, current processes, training requirements and the people to be trained.

From this research, the objectives for the workshop are revised and confirmed, which then enables our topic specialist to create specific exercises and examples that are completely relevant to your organisation.
