Book a place on this course to gain a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Introductory Diploma in Management. It is intended for people who are considering a move into a middle management role or those who are new to such a role and have not received any formal management training. Although conventional classroom training is involved, there will be plenty of opportunity to put learning into practice by taking part in simulated leadership tasks and mini-projects.
