Choose another unit to do (later) and you will have achieved CMI Certificate in Management & Leadership Level 5. Any combination of units will fulfill the required need.

You can leave it there or you can then complete each of the other units at your leisure; within 3 years to keep your CMI registration valid, to achieve CMI Diploma in Management & Leadership Level 5.
