All materials are provided by the tutor. There is an element of floor work within the course so please bring along old clothes to change into for this part of the course.
The course will comprise of talks, discussion, role play and observation, with opportunity for group feedback and evaluation. There will be practical and experiential activities, including individual, pair and small group exercises. The programme aims to build on the individual's skills, applying them to both social and work situations.
As part of the course content, your tutor may record your image for initial and ongoing assessment purposes. You are entitled to decline to participate in the recording of your image.
