Course programme
Do you feel misunderstood, unable to get your point across and complain that no one listens to you?
This highly interactive programme concentrates on both how and why we communicate, specifically on a face-to-face basis, by considering influences on perception, establishing rapport and minimising existing barriers to effective communication.
Also, by recognising the many motivational influences on individual behaviour, techniques for promoting and maintaining interpersonal relationships will be developed.
Participants will develop
· An awareness of the many influences on how we perceive, form first impressions and establish rapport
· To recognise and minimise the various barriers to effective communication
· To appreciate some of the many influences as to why people behave in the way they do
· To analyse individual concerns and develop techniques to influence others positively
This programme is aimed at
Anyone who has to get their message across positively and effectively will benefit by gaining an insight into how to influence and persuade others, to establish rapport and build positive relationships.
